Beer and wings are one of my favorite combinations. So much so that I kind of want to try my Buffalo Chicken Dip recipe with a bottle of beer mixed in. Any suggestions about what kind of beer you think would work best in this recipe? I am thinking maybe a pale ale.
Buffalo Chicken Dip
3 packages of cream cheese
1/2 large bottle of ranch dressing
1/2 package shredded mild cheddar cheese
1 rotisserie chicken
Frank’s Hot Sauce to taste
Shred the chicken meat. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan to heat up if you have less time or toss into a crockpot to warm if you have all day. Serve with tortilla chips and celery. Leftovers even reheat well. Pairs well with a nice, cold beer.
