Crockpot Chicken Teriyaki


1 pound chicken, diced

1 cup chicken broth

1/2 cup teriyaki sauce

1/3 cup brown sugar

3 garlic cloves, minced

Combine chicken broth, teriyaki sauce, brown sugar and garlic in a large bowl. Add chicken to sauce and toss to combine. Pour mixture into crockpot. Cook on low 4-6 hours or until chicken is cooked through.

We doubled this recipe for a family of four with leftovers for lunches. We did find the sauce a little runny so I would recommend adding cornstarch. We also thought it would be tasty to add some veggies…perhaps baby corn, carrots, green peppers, etc.
